    Job Description:

    As a Software Engineer, you will take the lead in engagements across our company to capture analytic requirements and provide expert design input in developing our new BI application product. You have to involve in complete product development from scratch. You will provide advice on integrating different data sources, creating a data warehouse. You have to structure data across dashboards, reports, and scorecards for the best analytical visualization.


    Responsibilities:

  • Writing test plans and test cases
  • Designing and implementing validation and analysis tools
  • Developing automation frameworks
  • Requirements Analysis (act as liaison with internal/external customers to thoroughly understand requirements)
  • Problem solve with given incomplete requirements, unstructured and denormalized data sets

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering and related field + 5 years exp.
  • Must have at least 5 years experience working through the requirement capture through to delivery of BI projects to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Should be sound in Datawarehousing Projects with End to End Technical Deliverables.
  • Should be technically sound in OBIEE with 11g Version Exp as a must.

  • Experience & Other Skills:

  • Strong time management and problem solving skills
  • Solid experience with reporting and visualization tools - OBIEE/Publisher preferred
  • Strong understanding of ETL tools and their capabilities
  • Understanding of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL technologies
  • Strong understanding of Dimensional modeling
  • Strong numeracy skills ideally with a solid understanding of statistical modeling would be a distinct advantage

  • Experience as an Agile Coach with a successful track record of helping to implement Agile methods and techniques, experience in facilitating organizational and cultural change, and experience in the implementation and execution of Scrum in an environment where individuals are unfamiliar with the methodology
  • Experience working at the program level as part of an Agile transformation
  • Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and of several software development methodologies
  • Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies
  • Experience coaching and mentoring a team(s) to their highest potential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
  • Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
